10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/55#)
10 Wall-ball Shots (20/14#)(11/10ft)
– Each partner completes a full round before switching. One partner works at a time.
INTENDED STIMULUS
At least 1 round per minute.
One partner completes a full round at a time.
Each round in 1:00 or less.
Unbroken sumo deadlift high pulls.
Wall-ball shots in 1-2 sets to a higher target than usual.
