There will be no 5:30 AM class today. We will continue to keep you updated on the remaining class schedule throughout the day.

CLASS SCHEDULE

There wil be NO classes this Saturday, February 8th. All of our coaches will be attending the CrossFit Affiliate Summit.

Shuttle runs in :20-:25.
