Men: 24-inch box, 16-kg KB, 45-lb. push press, 20-lb. ball

Women: 20-inch box, 12-kg KB, 35-lb. push press, 14-lb. ball
INTENDED STIMULUS

20:00-30:00 for most.

Jumping pull-ups, kettlebell swings, push presses, and good mornings in 3 sets or less.

Box jumps and knees-to-elbows in 3:00 or less.

Wall-ball shots in sets of 10+; start by 17:00.
