All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.
Our CrossFit Kids program is for ages 5-12 and focuses on fun! We run several camps throughout the year to teach kids teamwork and properly executed functional movements under the guidance of a certified coach. Regardless of whether kids play sports, healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump, effectively and safely.
The focus of our Olympic Lifting class is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. This program is for those who wish to fine-tune their technique and compete at local and national competitions.
The CrossFit Timoro Silver Fit program currently has athletes ranging from 55 to 80 years old ( that’s not a limitation, we’re still recruiting some 80+ year olds) The common bond is, at this stage in their lives, they want to be the healthiest and the strongest they can be.
We love working 1-on-1 in private sessions to help people reach their individual goals at a time that works best for you. Sessions range from 30 minutes to one hour, so it can fit in anyone’s schedule. Whether you need accountability, it’s been some time since you were active, or you’ve got specific athletic goals, we’ve got you covered. Our coaches are personally-interested in you and want you to reach your highest potential.
