As a CrossFitter for 2 years that has visited lots of different boxes while traveling, this one is notable for the clear sense of community and the great coaching. Matt did a great job working through movement prep and making individual corrections and suggestions. The space was clean, organized and well equipped. Will definitely come back the next time I am in town.”
